No

Can I apply with a project that has been turned down by NZFC in the past?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t received any NZFC development money.

Can I apply if I have received NZFC development funding for a project in the past?
Yes (including directors), but you can’t apply to Escalator with the actual project that got the development funding.

Can I apply with a project that has had NZFC development funding (direct or devolved)?
No

Can I apply with a project that has been developed through Te Paepae Ataata?
No.

Can I apply as a director if I have received NZFC production finance?
You can’t apply if you have directed a feature film in which the NZFC was an equity investor.

Can I apply as a producer or other role (excluding director) if I have worked on a film that has received NZFC equity investment?
Yes.
