Te Moemoea (The Dream)

Part of the E Tipu E Rea series, Te Moemoea (The Dream) is the story of a man who tells a dream he's had to his wife.  Before long, she has enlisted the entire community to help figure out what the dream means, leading to a big win at the racetrack.

This short was the directing debut of actor/director Rawene Paratene and the screenplay was adapted by Patricia Grace from her own short story.  A young Temuera Morrison can be glimpsed in the cast.
